Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before booking your DGCA medical examination appointment at Ruby Hall Clinic.

Important: Non-Refundable Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Please ensure you select the correct date, time, and pilot type before completing payment.

Rescheduling Appointments

While booking fees are non-refundable, we understand that circumstances may change. Rescheduling is available under the following conditions:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
Maximum one rescheduling is permitted per booking
Rescheduled appointments are subject to slot availability
No additional fees for rescheduling (first time only)

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled DGCA medical examination appointment without prior notice:

The booking amount will be completely forfeited
No refund will be provided
No rescheduling option will be available
A new booking will be required with fresh payment

Late Arrival Policy

Medical examinations require multiple tests and precise scheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your 8:00 AM appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and the no-show policy will apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, documented flight cancellations, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact our administration team. Each case will be reviewed individually.
